A Home Analysis is much like a Home Inspection, but I'm able to get a lot more hands-on due to it being your home. The report will note what items are in need of maintenance, the age & life expectancy of components, and any concerns that are discovered.

This is an annual inspection of your home, looking at what may need attention, and getting them taken care of.
An Annual Inspection includes things like checking smoke & c/o alarms, flushing the water heater, looking at the HVAC system, cleaning out drains, and so forth.
*Rates and availability may vary, dependent on size and location. Hourly rates range from $65-100, dependent on timeframe.
$400 Base Rate (2 bedroom, 1 bath, attached garage)
+$25 each additional bedroom
